A measurement of e+e- pairs from virtual direct photon decays is suitable to measure such low pT direct photons. The results in p+p and d+Au collisions are absolutely important in order to extract a net thermal photon contribution in Au+Au result. Photons from QCD process are evaluated using p+p result and nuclear effects such as Cronin effect and shadowing and an effect from a parton distribution function in Au nucleus are evaluated using d+Au result.
