Summary of this research (10-100 lines)

The purpose of the NA60 experiment which performed at CERN SPS is
to investigate the possible formation of a deconfined state of strongly
interacting matter by colliding heavy nuclei at high energy by measuring
dimuon production, i.e. measurement of low mass dimuons, open charms and
J/psi.

Year 2002, we took data with proton induced Nuclei experiment and now
the analysis of the data is in progress.
This analysis will be a base line to understand the data
of dimuon production in heavy ion collisions that
planed to taking data from 2nd/Oct/2003.

In this research project, monte carlo simulation event to investigate
NA60 acceptance, tracking efficiency and detector resolution will be
generated.


Estimated CPU time required : 400jobs x 5 hours x 8 set (minimum)
                              = 16,000 hours (with Pentium III 1GHz)

Estimated disk space usage required :  900 GB


Estimated HPSS space usage required :      GB

HPSS band width for above estimate  :       MB/s
