In spite of several experiments to measure the proton spin structure so far, the uncertainty of sea quark polarization still remains large, though the polarization of valence quarks has been determined well by DIS and Semi-Inclusive DIS. The production of W bosons is a clean way to measure the sea quark polarization due to the V-A coupling of W bosons to quarks, which means the chirarity and the flavor of interacting quarks are almost fixed. The first sqrt(s) = 500 GeV run at RHIC was held in early 2009 (RHIC Run 9), and the first attempt to measure W bosons at PHENIX Central Arms was also performed. The purpose of this research is to finalize the analysis of the measurement of W bosons at PHENIX.
