Summary of this research (5-10 lines)
The Offline Local Polarimetry is done to ensure that the polarization of the
beams was constant during a run. Furthermore, we check for consistency
during a fill. This result is a pre-requisite for all of our publications as
it gives the final result on the polarization direction of the beam during a
run.
