Optimization of the electron ID parameters
to extract the heavy quark contribution.

Estimated CPU time required : 1000 hours (with PentiumIII 1GHz)

Making the summary data for roughly-identified electron
tracks from the RUN11 Au+Au data on ccj data analysis
nodes. The size of summary data will be 3-400 GB.
